Shopify Audit & Estimate
Full review of your FloraNext site. Every product, page, and asset documented. Written hour estimate for the full build delivered for your approval before anything begins.
June – July 2026
Shopify Migration Build
Site build, product pages, copy, and SEO. Content and email output continues throughout. Client reviews build before launch.
July 2026
Launch
Domain transfer, go-live, QA, and final fixes. 60-day post-launch benchmark set for traffic and sales.
August 2026 onward
Maintenance Phase Begins
Full monthly retainer kicks in. Scope reviewed at 60-day post-launch to ensure it reflects the ongoing needs of the business.

Services & Agreement Details

Payment
ACH bank transfer or check
Invoiced through Square. ACH can be selected directly from your invoice. Credit and debit card payments include the applicable processing fee. Check is always welcome to avoid fees entirely.
Invoice Schedule
1st of each month
Monthly retainer invoices due within 7 days of receipt. One-time and hourly work invoiced upon completion or at agreed milestones.
Content Approval
Submitted by the 20th
Content for the following month submitted by the 20th. Approval or feedback due by the 25th. All content scheduled upon approval.
Revisions
2 rounds included
Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds billed at $45/hr. Requests beyond scope quoted separately before work begins.
Out-of-Scope Work
Written estimate first
Anything outside agreed scope receives a written estimate and approval before work begins. No surprise hours.
Termination
14 days written notice
Either party may terminate retainer services with 14 days written notice. Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.
Rush Requests
10% surcharge
Rush requests under 48 hours are subject to a 10% surcharge and must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Late Payments
$25 per 7-day period
Invoices unpaid after 14 days incur a $25 late fee per additional 7-day period. Deliverables may be paused until resolved.
Full seasonal campaign build including copywriting, design, scheduling, and SMS setup. Covers all six campaigns agreed upon in the proposal.
Full site build including audit, product pages, copy, SEO basics, and launch. Estimated 30 to 50 hours total. A written estimate is provided and approved before each phase begins.
Approximately 2 posts per week across agreed platforms. Content mix driven by what performs best — reels, carousels, static, and stories. Includes content calendar and platform management. Specific mix confirmed at kickoff.
Approximately 2 email campaigns per month. Includes copywriting, design, campaign setup, scheduling, list management, basic segmentation, and monthly reporting.
Ongoing Shopify updates including product edits, seasonal page changes, banner swaps, copy updates, and minor theme adjustments. New page builds or structural redesigns are quoted separately. Starts once the Shopify migration is complete.
